Personal Information
Registration Activity. Based on the functions you would like access to, like uploading personal or promotional videos, banner advertising, or flagging videos would require that you to register with FVN. To that end and depending on the type of your registration we ask for some personal and or your business information. In every case your email address and a password will be required which is used to protect your account from unauthorized access.
Activity Information. FVN may keep records of your FVN activity, such as the videos you watch, and the frequency and size of your data transfers, as well as any information you display or click on in FVN (including UI elements, settings, and other information). When you are logged in, we may link that information with your account. All Uploaded Content. Any and all information voluntarily provided, when uploading a video and or banner advertisement whether for personal or commercial purposes will be available to the general public and outside the control of FVN and could be used by others.
Content Uses
Any personal and or company information provided when you register can be used to operate, maintain, and provide general functionality of FVN, and to process any account activity, flagging activity or correspondence you send to us.
Only your registration name, company name and video description is displayed to other Users when you upload videos through FVN. Any videos that you submit to FVN may be circulated through the internet and other media channels for public viewing without the knowledge and or consent of either the Registrant or FVN.
FVN will not use your email address or other personally identifiable information for solicitation purposes without your consent. If and when necessary we will use your email address for non-marketing or administrative purposes ( for notification of FVN changes or for customer service purposes).
We may use and or store your personally identifiable information and certain other information (such as, cookies, IP addresses, browser type, etc.) to upgrade the design and function of the FVN.
So that you will not have to continually re-enter certain information when you access your account we use cookies, clear gifs, and log file information to store information; monitor the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns; monitor number of visitors, pages viewed, etc.; and track your account activity.
Certain information you provide when you upload a video will be provided to other Users of the site. This may include the date you uploaded the video, your user name, or company name, your video description, the country of origin and the number of videos you have uploaded. .
Your Options
If you decline to submit the personal or company information needed for registration you will not be permitted to upload any personal or promotional videos or banner advertisements. You will be able to view all videos on FVN without registering.
You can update or correct your personal information at any time by visiting your FVN account.
Promotional accounts cannot be changed without the approval of FVN.
Advertisers
FVN permits other companies (third party) to advertise on FVN either through video promotions and or banner advertisements. These companies may, when and if you access their advertisements use technology to further promote their company directly to you. They may also use other technologies to measure the effectiveness of their advertisements and to personalize the advertising content you see.
FVN does not provide any personally identifiable information to these third-party advertisers. If you respond to an advertisement, the advertiser or its agent may then feel that you fit the audience they are seeking. The advertiser may also use non personal information concerning your use of the FVN, such as the number of times you viewed an ad, to determine which ads they may want to deliver to you.
You should first check the privacy policy of any FVN advertiser you may have an interest in. FVN privacy policy is specific to FVN and does not apply to our advertisers, whose activities we have no control over.
